“This is a real intimate class, so you get the personal attention you need to really learn. Note that because it’s a relatively short class you won’t get to make the puff pastry dough from scratch but the custard recipe is top notch in ease to make and final consistency/flavor. The hosts are great, too, and obviously getting to eat a warm nata you made yourself at the end really makes this class worth it.”
